These habit can cause heart problems !










- Watching television: 

Watching more television either sitting or sleeping may cause heart problems because it lacks physical exercise and problems in blood circulation.


- Smoking: 

Smoking is the main cause of heart problems. Even people heard 'smoking is injurious for health', more than 90% people use smoke. It is more harmful to those who stay nearby of those who are smoking. More than 46 thousands people are de@d due to stay with smoker in this world.


- Alcohol: 

According to Health association, little amount of alcohol is good for health but excessive use of alcohol is dangerous for heart. It may cause high blood pressure and problems in blood circulation and heart attack.


- Eat more: 

The main cause of heart problem is fatness, and the main cause of fatness is taking more foods. You have to take little food items but more time. Instead of taking sweet things of cold drinks, take water and fruits juice. Never use high calories food and oily food items.




- Fruits and vegetables:

Vegetables are the beneficial food items for heart. Fruits, green vegetables, less oily foods, less junk foods, high milk items are good for heart and health. Vegetarians are less in danger of heart problems comparison to non-vegetarian people.


- Using more salt: 

Salt increase the blood pressure which is the main symptom and cause of heart as well as kidney problems. You have to take only 2 grams of sodium (salt) per day.
